Pinching Pennies
I was doing some post on some stock photography tonight and came across this picture. Give the daily news about our current economic situation, it sort of jumped out at me. I actually took this sometime this last summer.
Between some new photo gear and some high end kitchen equipment, I have been doing my part to stimulate the economy. 
The new XM music lineup
The merged Sirius/XM music channel lineup was unleashed on us today. Basically, all the XM channels that I love are now gone. They have been replaced with the Sirius counterparts. The music is fine, they play pretty much the same songs, but why do I need all the talking between songs?
I have pad data showing me what is playing, I don’t need some DJ that couldn’t get a job in terrestrial radio telling me what I just heard and what is coming up next. I can listen to local FM for that.
Not even 24 hours and I miss the old XM lineup already.
Damn you Mel Karmazin, I hate you.
