Bird Photography

In the past I have never really had any interest in bird photography, but for some unknown reason I have started playing around with it over the last few weeks.  Maybe it is because I have the Sigma 50-500 lens and I want things to point it at. :-)

Now I just need to get out of my back yard and try to find some more interesting birds.

Clear Skies And A Full Moon

Tonight was the first chance I had to get out and take a shot of the moon, when it wasn’t slightly overcast, with the Bigma 50-500.

I love this lens!

Sigma Happiness Day!!!!!

To celebrate Sigma Happiness Day, this is the very first shot I took with the Bigma.

Really terrible night to try and shoot the moon, there was a very high
cloud cover, but it was still very light when I took this, you can see
haze around the moon, that is actually some “glowing” though that upper
cloud cover.

For the very first image captured, and considering the poor conditions
tonight, I am impressed and really can’t wait to play with this lens
more.

Scott's little corner of the internet exists mostly for sharing my photography, but there will also be occasional rants, incoherent thoughts and the more often than not poor spelling!!!!
