For some reason this year I keep getting lightning shots that to my imagination look like stick figure people. I recently posted an image called Jupiter Walking that looked like a stick figure walking across the tops of some mountains, and just yesterday I posted an image called Hobby Lobby that I thought looked like a stick figure trying to pick up the store.
The second I saw this image on my monitor after shooting it Sunday night, the first thing that came to mind was a figure skater skating across t he desert.

This is such an awesome picture! I dig the title and really enjoy your processing. It’s easy to look at and not overbearing or too minimalistic. Great work!

I would have never thought that but it totally looks like an ice skater! I also never saw the elephant in the clouds…

Ok, I can see the cane, but it was the leg flowing out behind the figure that screamed figure skater to me. :-)
